Much like our food - all drinks on this list are grown and nurtured within Victoria. Farming is as important to wine, beer and spirits as it is to food, with that in mind we have worked to put together a list of drinks that are as ethical and sustainable as they are delicious.

At Bar Midland, we offer an extensive wine, cocktail, beer and spirit list along with a selection of very mature non-alcoholic drinks.

Alongside a varied selection of cocktails, beers and wines by the glass & bottle we also curate a drinks pairing to accompany our menu.
